Best bartering

What a bargain!

Used to be in IT before semi-retired and still repair computers and supply tuition in exchange for things such as meat and straw from the local farmers, manure from the local abattoir and today, a Kenwood Chef Food Mixer.

Bartering at its best and easiest!!!

I gave it a going over and proceeded to give it a test drive by baking a coconut cake.

Me and the Kenwood are going to get on just fine.

Whatjaneed:
1¾ cup SR Flour
2 eggs
125g butter
1 cup castor sugar
½ cup of milk
2 tablespoons desiccated coconut

Place all the ingredients in a bowl and beat continuously for 5 minutes. This is where I am going to love this Kenwood!

Bake in a greased or papered bar tin or a round tin 35-45 minutes at 200 C (about 390f).

The picky shows the tiny bit of leftover cake. I wasn’t quick enough deciding to get a picture of the cake so it got eaten in the meantime LOL

Regards, Doc ;-)
